Buyers man not even stop if the view from the street turns them off. Make sure your fron yard looks neat and inviting. Don’t over look the front door. It should be fresh and clean. Take a critical look at the font of your house. Keep the grass cut and bushes trimmed. Pick up any trash. Clean out window wells. Don’t turn buyers off before the inside can turn them on.

Fresh flowers, clean bedspreads, freshly washed drapes all contribute to the idea of “Home” in the buyers mind.
Organize closets neatly, take all movable appliances off counters and move out un needed items. Neatness makes room look larger. Avoid clutter.

Keep your home nice and cool in the summer and cozy in the winter
Have carpets shampooed, mop and wax floors, wash walls and patch holes. Clean out light fixtures and replace bulbs with brighter wattage. Wash blinds and drapes. Wipe down stair railings and window sills, clean glass windows.

Repairs can make a big difference. Fix loose knobs, squeaky floors, doors and steps. Repair warped drawers. Dripping faucets can cause concern over the entire plumbing system; have them fixed.
